There’s a seat at our table. Join us! 

As kids, we, Rachi and Monica, ate a lot of dumplings.  And we made a lot of dumplings, usually with our grandmothers.  Rolling out dough, mixing the filling, and crimping the edges with our families are some of our best childhood memories.  It’s why we chose dumplings to be our first product.  

When we began working on Happa Kitchen, we started with our family’s recipes and we made them happa to reflect who we are and how our happa families like to eat today.  We swapped out some Chinese ingredients for ones in our American pantry.  We introduced some of our favorite Korean and Japanese flavors.  New recipes, new traditions are born.  We think our grandmothers would be proud.  

We’re so happy to share these dumplings with you.  We hope you’ll share them with your friends and family as you gather around the table.  We hope you serve them alongside your families’ favorite foods.  Maybe you’ll offer one to someone who’s never eaten an Asian dumping before?  

We hope they inspire you to make new traditions and make new memories as you enjoy a delicious meal.
